- General Terms
Best Komodo Tour provides travel and tour services including Komodo Island boat trips, private charters, open trips, and custom travel packages around Flores and surrounding islands. All bookings and payments made through our official website or authorized agents are subject to these Terms of Service.
- Booking and Payment
Reservations can be made online or through our customer service team.
A deposit is required to confirm bookings, and the remaining balance must be paid before departure.
Payments can be made via bank transfer for domestics tourist and international tourist Made by Wise or revolut transfer or other approved payment methods.
Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip will receive a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
Cancellations within 30 days of departure may result in partial or no refund, depending on the service provider.
In case of bad weather or government restrictions, Best Komodo Tour reserves the right to reschedule or cancel trips with full or partial refund.

All travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet health, visa, and travel requirements. Best Komodo Tour is not liable for any delays, injuries, or losses due to natural disasters, weather, or personal negligence.
